We offer a 7-day return policy for print purchases. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the print must be in the same condition you received it—undamaged, with the certificate of authenticity, and in its original packaging.

You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Courses & Downloadable Prints

No refunds are available on courses or downloadable prints.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your print arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@princekumarart.com so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Original artworks purchased through a gallery cannot be returned via Princekumarart.com. Please contact the gallery directly for their return policies.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If you are unsatisfied with your print purchase, you may request a return. If accepted, a refund will be issued.
